GC ANALYZER FOR CONTINUOUS GAS MEASUREMENT

SYNSPEC analyzers are gas chromatographs that allow the identification and monitoring of a very wide range of compounds at low concentrations. They can be used, among other applications, to monitor ambient air quality and to monitor industrial working environments.
  • Reliable measurement even at low concentrations
  • Flexible, easy-to-use system
  • Simple and low cost maintenance
  • Monitoring a complete site with a single analyzer (multipoint sampling)
  • Small footprint
  • International approvals (CE, EMC, INERIS, ...)

PHASE CHROMATOGRAPHY

The measurements are based on the GC (gas chromatography) technique. A sample, in the gaseous or vaporized state, is taken from ambient air or from an industrial process. The different elements are separated and analyzed by means of a PID and / or FID detector. This instrument monitors many compounds such as benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes, CH4, vinyl chloride, ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, ozone precursors, chlorinated elements and many other compounds.

INDUSTRIAL MEASURES - GC DELTA SYSNPEC

Environmental and industrial safety authorities demand increased vigilance from professionals, particularly regarding carcinogenic and highly toxic products. Many companies have to measure these high-risk gases, present in low concentrations (at ppb level), in order to verify compliance with the personnel exposure limit values ??for the benefit of their personnel on site and in the vicinity. Other major concerns for industrialists are the security of assets (fire, explosion), improvement of production processes and compliance with industrial emissions. SYNSPEC proposes the DELTA analyzer, a multipoint, automatic, easy-to-use measuring instrument that can easily be integrated into all standard communication systems.

TOTAL VOC PID ANALYZERS:

This total VOC analyzer with PID detector, allows a simple, fast measurement and requires only a power supply.

NON-METHANE TOTAL METHANE AND VOC ANALYZERS:

This compact analyzer allows the measurement of methane and total non-methane hydrocarbons by FID detection.

ENVIRONMENTAL MEASURES - GC 955

In many places, the sources of hydrocarbons are very varied (road traffic, industries, dwellings, ...). Continuous measurements in ambient air show that concentrations of these compounds vary by at least a factor of 4 each day. For more than ten years, SYNSPEC has offered a wide range of GC analyzers capable of measuring and tracking The evolution of a very large number of compounds such as BTX, ozone precursors (C2 to C12), total hydrocarbons and toxic elements.

WATER VOC ANALYZERS

Water contains many toxic hydrocarbons. For industrial sites, it is just as important to check the quality of the water as that of the air. Measurements can be made upstream of the treatment plants to determine whether they need to be treated upstream and / or downstream in order to verify the effectiveness of the decontamination process before rejection. In addition to a SYNSPEC GC, the SYNSPEC purge and separation system, recovers hydrocarbons in raw and potable water for on-line measurement. The main advantage of this online measurement compared to laboratory analysis is direct access to the measurement results.

PID: Photo Detector Ionisation, ideal for continuous measurement, thanks to its stability, detection sensitivity and autonomy (no need for combustion gases).
FID: Flame Ionization Detector, the most widely used technique for GC analysis. Sensitivity suited to low detection levels. Requires the use of a flue gas in addition to an inert carrier gas.
Combination PID, FID: complementary combination for measuring the concentrations of a maximum number of compounds.

SYNSPEC is a Dutch company founded in 1994 that develops, produces and markets gas chromatographs for the analysis of hydrocarbons at low concentrations in air and other gases. SYSNPEC offers a range of standard applications that have enabled the company to develop throughout the world. In addition, SYNSPEC develops and produces customized applications to meet specific demands. NEREIDES has been exclusive distributor of SYNSPEC in France for more than 15 years.
